HEALTH ALERT: The West Virginia Department of Health’s Bureau for Public Health has been notified of a confirmed case of measles that traveled through the Washington Dulles International Airport on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The confirmed case was a resident from another state. Public health officials believe West Virginia residents may have been exposed.
West Virginia residents may have been exposed if they were in the main terminal, at the TSA security checkpoint, in Concourse B, and/or on transportation from the main terminal to Concourse B between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on August 12.
