Abu Dhabi Chess:GM Ziaur Rahman beat FM Ebrahimi Herab Hamidreza of Iran

GM Ziaur Rahman of Bangladesh beat Iranian FM Ebrahimi Herab Hamidreza in the 3rd round match of the 29th Abu Dhabi International Chess Festival, Masters event held in the UAE city of Abu Dhabi on Friday.

After the 3rd round matches, Zia earned 2 points, IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman and FM Tahsin Tazwar Zia earned 1.5 points each while GM Enamul Hossain Razib earned 0.5 ½ point.

In the other 3rd round matches, IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman beat WGM Pourkashiyan Atousa of USA, FM Tahsin Tajwar Zia beat IM Milikow Yoav of Israel while GM Enamul Hossain Razib lost to IM Ahmadzada Ahmad of Azerbaijan.

The 4th round matches began on Saturday evening. In the 4th round matches, GM Ziaur Rahman playing with GM S. L. Narayanan of India, IM Mohammad Fahad Rahman playing with IM Ohanyan Emin of Armenia, FM Tahsin Tajwar Zia playing with Nguyen Thai Dai Van of Chez Republic and GM Enamul Hossain Razib playing with IM Padmini Rout of India
