UK detains first migrants to be returned to France under 'one-in, one-out' deal

The UK has detained a first group of migrants slated to be returned to France under a deal struck between Paris and London last month to curb the number of people attempting to cross the Channel in small boats, the country’s Home Office said Thursday.
