According to WBOY, Interstate 79 north in Harrison County was closed Wednesday morning, July 23, after an incident involving a dump truck and an overhead sign.
It happened before 8:00 a.m. between the Jerry Dove Drive exit at mile marker 124 and the Saltwell Road exit at mile marker 125.
