Nearly eight months after initially announcing on social media that a Starbucks was coming to the area, Lewis County Commissioner Agnes
On Queen’s Facebook page, she posted Tuesday that the projected opening date is July 11, 2025. Queen went on to remind the community the Starbucks in question is a drive through only site.
Site work for the Starbucks began in September of last year. Work at the new location, which is at the Market Place strip mall located just off of Interstate 79 along Route 33 is wrapping up. It will be a standalone structure and will be situated in an area between the Don Patron Mexican Grill restaurant and Country Roads Physical Therapy.
