According to a press release sent to 5 News, emergency crews responded to a 13-unit building at the end of Dille Street at 4:52 AM Saturday morning.
Morgantown fire and police were able to safely evacuate all occupants including three cats and a dog. The fire was brought under control by 6:26 AM but the building sustained significant fire damage.
One resident was transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation and non-life threatening injuries.
