At least one killed in Russian strike on Kyiv after Ukraine targets Rostov border region

A Russian missile attack killed one person and damaged buildings across Kyiv, including one hosting several diplomatic missions, local officials said Friday, after a series of blasts rocked Ukraine’s capital. Moscow said the strikes were in response to an earlier Ukrainian attack on the Rostov border region.
