Emiratisation on the Rise
The first quarter of 2023 witnessed an encouraging 11% increase in the employment of Emiratis within the private sector, reaching a total of over 66,000 individuals. This positive trend highlights the success of Emiratisation efforts. Moreover, there has been a 13% rise in the number of companies hiring UAE nationals.
