Soueast Motor has officially entered the UAE market with the launch of its highly anticipated models—the S06, S07, and S09. The launch event, organised in collaboration with Elite Group Holding, marks the brand’s first foray into the UAE, with plans for wider Middle East expansion soon.
The launch event took place at the Burj Al Arab, the world’s only seven-star hotel, a location that reflects Soueast’s premium aspirations. Attendees included government officials, Soueast executives, and representatives from Elite Group Holding, the brand’s exclusive UAE partner.
The highlight of the event was the global debut of the S06 DM, a plug-in hybrid SUV that underscores SOUEAST’s commitment to sustainable mobility. Powered by a 1.5T GDI hybrid engine, the S06 DM delivers 355 horsepower and 530 Nm of torque, with an impressive range of 1,000 kilometres.
This model’s focus on eco-conscious performance aligns with the growing demand for hybrid technology in the UAE, offering reduced emissions without compromising on power.
Soueast also introduced the S07 and S09, aimed at diverse segments of the urban population:
S07: A versatile SUV designed for young families, blending sleek styling with functionality, ideal for both daily commutes and leisure travel.
S09: A flagship luxury SUV offering a spacious interior and premium features, catering to professionals and families seeking a high-end driving experience.
The event also marked the official start of Soueast’s partnership with Elite Group Holding, the exclusive distributor of the brand in the UAE. Speaking at the event, Tamer Abu Khalaf, Partner at Elite Group Holding, highlighted the significance of this collaboration in reshaping the local automotive landscape.
Soueast plans to establish a flagship showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road and offer an industry-leading warranty of 10 years or 1 million kilometres, alongside other complementary services.
Elie Nehme, General Manager of Soueast Motor UAE, stated, “This launch represents an exciting chapter for SOUEAST. Our lineup is tailored to meet the UAE’s demand for innovative technology, performance, and quality.”
The UAE launch is part of Soueast’s larger strategy to expand across the Middle East, with plans to enter Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, and Lebanon by 2025. The company aims to open 14 new sales outlets across the region and introduce 13 new models over the next five years, including petrol, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
Globally, Soueast has ambitious goals to establish a presence in over 80 markets by 2030, supported by a network of more than 2,000 sales and service centres.
With its focus on advanced technology, diverse product offerings, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Soueast aims to make a lasting impact in the UAE automotive market. The launch of the S06, S07, and S09 represents a key step in the brand’s journey to establish itself as a major player in the region and beyond.
