New Dubai Car Market: Set To Be World’s Largest Car Market At 20 Million+ Sq Ft

Dubai is set to develop the world’s largest car market. Spanning an expanse of over 20 million square feet, the new mega ‘Dubai Car Market’ will feature new & used car dealerships, showrooms, automotive businesses, large event arenas, and more. Under the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President & Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai Municipality and multinational logistics company DP World signed a deal to build the world’s largest car market on 04 July 2024. 

The Ruler of Dubai was quoted as saying, “We have mandated DP World to develop the Dubai Car Market, expanding the current market eightfold to create a 20 million square feet facility that will be the largest and most advanced car market globally. The Dubai Car Market will be connected with 77 ports managed by DP World around the globe, enhancing its capacity and doubling its current sales of AED6.8 billion ($1.85 billion).”
