Dubai Police Adds Mansory-Tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan To Its Luxury Fleet

Dubai Police has unveiled another impressive addition to its luxury patrol fleet, introducing a Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Revealed during the Arabian Travel Market 2025 at Dubai World Trade Centre, this luxury SUV adds yet more glamour to a fleet known for its extravagant supercars.

The Mansory Cullinan is a uniquely customised version of Rolls-Royce’s flagship SUV, featuring significant enhancements by the famed German tuner. Mansory upgraded the vehicle’s original 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 engine to deliver an increased output of 610hp. With these enhancements, the Cullinan accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5 seconds and achieves a top speed of 280 km/h, ensuring impressive performance capabilities suitable for patrol purposes.

Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf represented Dubai Police at the unveiling ceremony, alongside Kourosh Mansory, founder of Mansory, emphasising a strong partnership between the Dubai authority and the automotive brand. This is Mansory’s second collaboration with Dubai Police, following the recent addition of a 720hp Mercedes-AMG G63 to the force’s luxury vehicle collection.

In addition to performance improvements, Mansory’s modifications include a striking visual transformation. The SUV boasts Mansory’s signature widebody kit, combining aggressive styling with aerodynamic efficiency. Forged carbon fibre elements have been extensively used throughout the bodywork, significantly reducing the vehicle’s weight while enhancing its robust look. Custom-designed wheels complement the overall aesthetic, making the SUV instantly recognisable.

True to Dubai Police tradition, this Cullinan comes painted in the distinctive white-and-green livery. Special attention has been paid to integrating emergency lights subtly, maintaining the luxury vehicle’s elegance while clearly marking its identity as a law enforcement asset.

Dubai Police confirmed the luxury SUV will predominantly patrol the city’s popular tourist destinations. Areas such as the Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, and Jumeirah Beach Residence are expected to regularly see the Mansory-tuned Cullinan. Officials believe the presence of this prestigious vehicle will boost public engagement and enhance the image of Dubai Police as approachable yet sophisticated.
